What Size Do I Need?

5x5  (25 sqft.) For boxes, small furniture, etc. A small car or pick-up can get you moved in.

 

5x10 (50 sqft.) Studio apartments or small 1 bedroom apartments, etc. A regular sized pick-up would work best.

 

10x10  (100 sqft.) 1-2 Bedroom apartments, etc. A small moving truck or pick-up truck will get this job done with  a couple of trips.

 

10x15 (150 sqft.) 2-3 Bedroom house, etc. Reduce your time moving and use a 20ft. truck or moving van.

 

10x20  (200 sqft.) 3-4 Bedroom house, compact car, etc. Still, best to use a moving truck or van and the help of a couple of guys with the promise of cold beverages.

 

10x25  (250 sqft.) 4-5 Bedroom house, midsize car, small boats, etc. Now you will need a minimum of a 24ft. moving truck and several strong backs.

 

12x25  (300 sqft.) Over 5 bedroom house, large vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, etc. This is where you might want to call in the professionals.
